Seminar: Transforming Education through Social Entrepreneurship

March 27, 2013
11am-2pm

Florida Academic Center
16853 N.E. 2nd Ave, Suite 102 | North Miami Beach, FL 33162-1746
Union Institute & University Professor Frank Scala and Regional Director of Admissions Francis Francois will present “Transforming Education through Social Entrepreneurship,” a free public seminar about the education field.

The educational system is in a state of flux, with growing pressure for educators to innovate—but resources are scarce. Social entrepreneurship can transform schools, creating a new collaborative learning environment. It also provides an opportunity to resolve issues that many educators face. This special presentation will outline how instructors can apply SE theory to positively impact their local communities and schools.
Light refreshments will be served.

RSVP to Francis Francois at francis.francois@myunion.edu or 305-653-7141.
